The hotel rooms felt like a comfortable apartment, spacious and very clean, though they could use a better smell. The staff service was amazing, especially Tania, but transportation information was lacking. The location was great for accessing restaurants and the Fresh Market grocery store, but a bit far from other attractions. The dining experience offered a good variety of options but leaned towards carb-heavy choices. The facilities provided a nice open space for kids to play.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the suite was spacious with a complete kitchen, a huge TV, and a very comfy bed and bathroom; however, it could use more lighting and the air conditioner didn't keep the room cool. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with attempts to take my money and friendly and helpful interactions. The location was central and clean, with a nice, clean pool; however, it was small and crowded and lacked some cleanliness. The dining was sufficient but could have been better for the price paid.
